Job's tears (Coix lacryma-jobi), an ornamental grass, is grown for its
attractive pearly gray bead shaped seeds, which form in midsummer and
last until early fall. These seeds are carried in small arching stems,
which reach up to 11/2-2 ft (45-60 cm) high and are set with pale green
broad leaves. The seeds are not suitable for drying.
